  1. These patches should never be allowed on any professional sports uniforms, just the team's logo, as owners and managers of these teams they should know better and make those that want to force them to wear some stupid political statement patch respect that. The MBL, NFL, even the PGA now are nothing but a venue for crap like this, sports are no longer something I watch simply because of this shit!!!

  2. I truly believe we wouldn't be having this issue if all the professional sports would stop using their jobs as some political avenue, they're there to play ball…PERIOD!!

  3. I think it's great they follow their religion and live as God intended them to. The LGBTQ should quit pushing their beliefs on everyone else, if you're gay then that's your thing but don't push your way of life on those of us who are not living that lifestyle. You're always welcome at events and other venues but you don't have to push it on others. Most the LGBTQ people that I know are not Christians so how would they like it if I would push my religion in their faces all the time?

  4. Stop hiding behind religion. Just have the guts to say, you're not gay and you don't want to promote, advertise, normalize homosexuality. That's fair. It's you're right. There's nothing wrong with that so, just say it. Enough of the "I'm a Christian" bullshit. I respect everyone but, that doesn't mean I'm going to promote your llfestyle. I won't do it. Period.

  5. WELL TOP GOV is pulling funding for the rays stadium upgrades due to an anti 2nd amendment issue by the rays, this just adds more fuel to the fire

  6. Not Everybody is on board.
Amen borther. Nobody should be forced to wear LGBT anything.
    And they shouldn't be Fired
Or HARASS at Work or Church
    Either. Jesus is coming. Amen

  7. Beliefs stop where support for human rights begin.

I wonder what the host would have thought of players refusing to wear a patch supporting black people rights.

There are, to this day, old people who is old school and refuse to support blacknoeople rights.

    You do know that, right?

    It's the same.

It's not 2% of people. But even if it were 0.1%, it's still human rights that must be supported.

I seriously can't believe that I am explaining this to a black man.

  8. Sir, unfortunately our society is well beyond being tolerant of groups that one disagrees with. The current cultural mindset is that ALL MUST participate. They demand forced participation. Just like they want these players to participate…by force. If you do not comply, they will bring their wrath. I totally agree with you that baseball should be about baseball. I (used to) enjoy sports to get away from all of the divisive political and societal issues. But unfortunately professional sports have capitulated and have allowed this to happen.
