  2. That third burger reminds me of a cheese dream supreme with the crispy onions on it. It makes me wonder if crispy onion straw was a trend on LI in the 70s or something

  3. Ok ok, surely I'm not the only one who likes medium-rare steak but likes my burgers on the more medium-well/well side, right? Something about medium-rare ground beef just grosses me out…
