  1. Eaea "is a nanny or cradle song, sung in flamenco mixes, specifically it is a modernized bullying with metal sounds to sing it in Eurovision (the bulería is one of the sticks or ways of singing flamenco). Expression" EA EA "is an onomatopoeia or exclamation that is used to calm the young children who cry and do not sleep. They are continuous tears, so he says that your mother looks at you when he is awake while sleeping, to reassure them and that they can sleep.

  2. You talk too much about many things and about others…the juries, portugal, thecnical song, etc…
But you do not say what you think….
    You do not lik it.
It would be better to start with this…

  3. Hi, friend. Thank you very much for your comments about EAEA. With your permission, I would like to correct you regarding the choir, in this case the choirs are not pre-recorded, they are live, if you look closely the chorus dancers wear a small mouth microphone. Regarding the fact that it is not a commercial song, I think that in these years, as you have said in Eurovision, that is not a problem for the judges or for the public. We have many examples of "non-commercial" songs that have obtained a fantastic final position or even won the contest, let's remember Jamala, Salvador Sobral, Konstrakta etc… I think I speak on behalf of many Spaniards when I say that their position For us, in this case, it is not the most important thing, the important thing is to be able to enjoy this wonderful performance and interpretation on the great stage of Liverpool and that some of the viewers from any country come to connect with the song as many of us do and feel give them goosebumps. Greetings and thanks again.

  4. They are doing a little revamp for Eurovision, sort of like Slomo last year, to make it and I quote "more choir-esque and with a stronger electronic base to elevate the song to a new level". Those curtains of strings are intended to be used in Liverpool, and they said some scrapped ideas might get added in, for instance they tried having a "forest" of strings instead of only one ring. They think the stage in Liverpool is ideal to the concept of Benidorm.

  5. I would suggest to look for "bulerías" in Wikipedia and you will find a file with this song time signature, which, by the way, is the same as the one used in the 1st movement of "Concierto de Aranjuez" by Joaquin Rodrigo. Bulerías is one of the many flamenco subgenres. The singing style is very flamenco, similar to Azúcar Moreno's "Bandido" (which is a flamenco rumba, another flamenco subgenre invented by Peret a Gipsy who loved Caribbean rumba and flamenco music and decided to blend them creating the rumba flamenca, made very popular worldwide by the Gipsy Kings. Peret, an excellent musician and songwriter represented Spain at Eurovision in 1974). Excellent review, Euroversy.
