4. Brexit has been a disaster so far. 49% did not vote for it but we have to endure it. To listen to those who caused this chaos moaning about not being able to stay longer in Spain is galling indeed.

You can’t make this stuff up. 😂 And in a more generous frame of mind, may I gently suggest that, until Spain and the UK create more bilateral agreements on freedom of movement, those folks who own property here obtain a visa in order to spend more than the requisite 90 out of 180 days, as the rest of us non-EU citizens have had to do since forever?

7. RE SPANISH TRAIN ORDER.:……This is not an isolated incident. When Denver Intl. Airport was being built the civil engineering firm that won the contract contacted the US Federal Aviation Authority inquiring on the distance requirements for building parallel runways. They were given a number and construction began. The minimum distance between runways is based on True Airspeed which is based on temperature and pressure altitude. When the engineer contacting the FAA failed to mention was that the airport is at 5,434’/1,658 M……. which increases the required distance between runways. As a result a new electronic approach system as well as procedures had to be implemented. I was a test pilot for NASA and participated in the study…….. at least the trains weren’t built!

8. If that tunnel ever made, that could be a gateway of criminals, traffickers and so forth. And speaking of common sense, it has never been existed in Spain when it comes to money and greed.

19. Canada Australia USA have the same rules for non nationals. Tourists may be quizzed as to their plans and if the agent believes that they will stay longer or have stayed longer in the past they may be refused entry. The EU countries, including the UK decided to allow free movement. The decision was made with the agreement of the sovereign government of each country, including the UK. The UK has now left the EU in the full knowledge that it’s citizens would lose the travel and immigration rights they had before. The UK is now a third country re the EU and Spain. It’s citizens have the same rights in Spain as Americans Canadians or Australians. The same rights they would have in Canada or Australia, Commonwealth notwithstanding.

20. A tunnel between the African continent and Spain/Europe? Do we need more problems than we already have? There are already dingys, ferrys and airplane connections, a tunnel would be more trouble ahead!👎 Waste of money and Spain asking for more problems! Who will gain most from this tunnel….Africa or Europe? And before the haters and wokers starts calling me racist, my partner is from Morocco and also disagree in this project! 21. If Spain has an average of 1 bar per 175 people and Leon has the most bars per inhabitant, it should have fewer people per bar. It then stated that Leon has 5.03 bars per 1,000 inhabitants – which is one per 199. This is LESS than the 175 average so something is wrong…

22. Plans for an England to France tunnel was first planned in 1802. 190 years later it actually happened. Good luck for a Spain to Morocco tunnel.

24. When Britain joined Europe in the 70s it was called the Common Market. Now, it is a failed attempt to be a political one nation. At least our politicians speak our own language and have this nation's interests at heart.
