It is all about the climate. Alcohol is the last thing you should try under that heat. Sit down on a shade with a nice late afternoon breeze then yes that’s great.

Hola, en toda España esta prohibido beber alcohol en la calle, aunque no se haga cumplir a veces y lo de ir en bikini o sin camiseta los hombres es solo fuera de la playa, por decoro y respeto a los demas. Un saludo.

Another little know rule, Brittany ferries, now known as Shittany ferries, refuse to carry bunnies. So if you have a pet bunny think again. A short fat arrogant little employee set the Guardia on me, ten of them ,armed with automatic weapons, in front of the ship, loading passengers must have thought I was Isis. Although not breaking any laws, except the rule that the superstitious pious twats of a ferry company have. Love DFDS, A sensible ferry company and polite. The French police ,for once we're very polite, must be Pritpisspoor's gendarme support fund for helping illegal immigrants. Funny old world. Innit.
Clearly this guy needs to understand Spanish culture a little more than a few years on the costa del sol, I don't wish to be rude but he is a tad patronising. There are many more more informative sites on U tube etc so I will not revisit this site again good try I guess !

In Poland, it is an on-the-spot fine for not having a valid ticket on the bus, train, or tram. The ticket machines are near the bus shelters and have an option for English. But first-timers may have missed this and got on the bus expecting to buy a ticket when on the bus.

We've had a few Balcony jumpers here in Fuengirola and Benalmadena over the years. Shirts have to be worn here to in the Costa del Sol.
Driving in flip flops is a big no no too
Not a fine but a pretty major annoyance…if you are going to book a ticket at the station on the national train network (Renfe), even if going on a short day trip (Madrid to Segovia or Toledo for example), you must have your passport with you. They will not sell you a ticket without it. Best to book online before, where you will enter in your passport info.
