You look so so girly and so chic in the romper. There's a trick to keep the sleeves down with off the shoulder styles (lots of YouTube videos about it) , but also I know lots of people can wear it on the shoulder and it still looks good, I do that sometimes and it feels like I have a whole new outfit when I do that.
