The reviews are just too funny
There’s a lot of subtle laughs you only notice after watching a few times. It’s a classic sketch imo.
That is crazy hilarious.
I just love this absurdity of this sketch
“For reasons undetermined”
I have a very difficult time picking my favorite anything in life, but this is an all-time top 10 SNL sketch. I saw it live and have laughed for 21 years. It's so, so, so good. I have no idea why there are not 8 million views.
"I should've never saved you from drowning all those years ago."
Ohhh pirate.
Oh, Pirate!
The reviews seal the sketch 😂😂
On HBO’s BARRY, Stephen Root’s character is currently using the alias “Ken Goulet” and IT MAKES ME SO HAPPY
The best thing about Will Ferrells Robert Goulet impression is that it's based on absolutely nothing. 🤣
Good sketch but Robert Goulet was an only child. Also his daughter was named Nicolette not Sheila….
The reviews kill me. "The only time the audience applauded is when I whipped a battery at the actors."
That's one fekked up moon!
Tony Dungy, an NFL coach and play reviewer.
The best part was that when this sketch aired, the theatre they mention they’re planning to open at had a musical still running there for the last 5 years
I always wondered what they were laughing at as they were looking through the spyglass
Legendary sketch. Hilarious.
Alec Baldwin killed a woman.
Hahahaha……
I never realized this was a skit! I’m related to Robert Goulet distantly and this is so funny 😂
I've seen opera's that were worse.
"Bobby"!!!…..and the brothers hug.
For years, I've remembered every word of that Goulet-to-Sheila song. And the fact that pirates would be wearing designer glasses makes it all the more hysterical. "…..your gentle kisses in my chest hair"!
I find myself singing for reasons undetermined in public
This is what I think was going on, on the ship that brought the black plaque to Europe.
Robert Goulet is my cousin 🙃
I love the implication that every single member of the Goulet family wears smokey aviators at all times
#SNL please please please post ALL of the Robert Goulet skits…. I think they will help heal us all from 2020's sadness and misery that has taken hold of so many …. thank you #SaturdayNightLive @SNL #SNListheBESTeverEVERever
#GOULET #smellthat? #Lavenderrrrr
oh PIRATE
Ferrell's gesticulations are astounding
When Will is trying to kiss Ana he looks like a big-mouth bass in a vest.
Who’s doing the voice over? Hilarious voice.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA, OH PIRATE"
Goulet was alive for five or six years after this sketch aired. I wonder if he ever saw it and if so, what he thought of it.
So how old was Will when Goulet had his way with Mom?
This sketch is better than piñatas and old Spanish castles
If they are meant to be sailing on the vast ocean, what can they possibly point at and laugh about at 1:10?… It would just be miles of empty ocean all around 😂😂😂
I know Will plays Robert in other sketches, but this one's my favorite
