Hi, I live in the area and me and my mother went to visit Christina’s grave for the first time in march the weekend after her birthday, we were approached by a guy in his 50’s who pulled up in his car right after us and followed us while looking for her spot, he then continued to ask us if we were looking for Christina Grimmie. We replied yes but thought it was weird and oddly specific he came right after us just to ask us that. He said he was a medium which at first we thought was cool. But then he stood for about half an hour and told us a long confusing story about how hes convinced her death was caused by BLM. As an ally I walked away in tears as soon as he started imply it. But my mom stayed and pretended she slightly understood. He implied lil Wayne and gang members sent her murderer to kill her and had many details that had to do with numbers like her death date added up meant something? It was VERY stretched and made no sense. He told us he has tried to open her case back up but no one will listen to him. While leaving he told my mom “Sorry you had to hear the truth.” This was very hard to process and triggering because we went for a wholesome experience but were instantly interrupted by this disgusting implication. Has this happened to anyone else? It was almost like he saw us pulling up to the graveyard and instantly went to tell us.
