World Update 8 has arrived and Iberia looks absolutely gorgeous! I am super excited about this update because I lived in Portugal for a few years and my parents both retired there. It’s a great country with stunning natural beauty and amazingly friendly people.

I will certainly be spending a lot of time flying low and slow and have organized a group flight for this Saturday. We will be departing from Lisbon and will make our way due west along the coastline taking us over Cascais and north up to Sintra, and up the coastline to Caldas de Raina to check out Nazare and some other interesting areas.   3. I love photogrammetry but it also changes the color of the the terrain in this areas, sometimes it doesn't blend well. It's definitely worth having it. But I'll admit sometimes I leave it off for that reason.

  5. I am disappointed with Gibraltar. It already had a custom airport. I cannot see any difference. It now has POI markers, for instance the mosque, but if you fly over them in a Cessna, it's just flat block.

  10. Great update for sure. Could have been a feeling but seems to like to eat a bit of the fps though. As mentioned on discord, I’ll have to pass on the group flight and watch qualy F1. I just did the flight plan and it is a very nice trip indeed. You always seem to plan nice scenery routes Chris. See ya in next group flight 🙂

  20. This looks great, every update they seem to raise the bar and add more content. Hopefully we'll get a UK world update 2 in another year or so! i see you are still using that road traffic mod. I don't know how you can stand it, it just turns all traffic into trucks, I uninstalled immediately, even on your videos it annoys me!
