4. Ahhh Parrita. I have Tico friends there. Been there 4 or 5 times and the last house is in the area I stayed at. Playa Palo Seco . He is moving to a great community and should have plenty of help from neighbours if he gets to know them. IE: Learn spanish .

6. He wants to grow his own food – not that he knows anything at all about growing anything, nor anything at all about agriculture , doesn’t know what an epiphyte is -and he wants the agricultural development ready NOW?

10. It's going to take a tremendous amount of work and a lot of time to get the property he chose to turn into "an income producing business". It takes money to make money and I hope he has a "hefty budget" to get things started and he has enough money saved so he can "live off his savings" until he can generate some income. If he has a business plan, he'll do well. Good luck to him.
