Very strange list. I guess that is the same list that has Liverpool, Hull and Newcastle for the UK. I often wonder the if the people that compile these lists actually bother visiting the places they name.
There are lots of useless lists. I'd be happy living in Vitoria, Cáceres, Granada or Málaga.
Those rankings are nonsense. Vigo is Ugly. Bilbao is very rainy in winter.
Fully agree with all that. Madrid's a hole, the polution & the stifling heat … Lots of fresh air in Vigo but it's an odd shape & difficult to get a handle on. People are nice there. Barcelona should be re-named Arselona. You should go back to Oz mate. Its cooled a lot, more rain & things are built properly such as paths, roads etc.
