Trenton pork roll is a budget brand for top of the line it's Taylor pork roll also known as Taylor ham then there is Case brand pork roll. I like the Tangy Taylor pork roll. They just started getting it in South Carolina but they charge $11.00 to 12.00 a pound when I lived in NJ a pound was $ 5.00 a pound.

Looks good, I get double egg, provolone, Taylor Ham, salt and pepper on a hard roll when I order in Northern New Jersey. LOL
